Terminology
The following terminology is used across all our policies and agreements:

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at a moment's notice. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made.

1) Source Code

1.1) You are aware that the code may be encrypted, obfuscated, or unable to be read.
1.2) You are aware that you are not purchasing the source code, only a license to use the plugin for personal usage. For more information, please read our End-User License Agreement

2) Support

2.1) You are aware that our support is free, and only offered to InfiniteDungeons buyers
2.2) You are aware that our support is only offered during the lifetime of InfiniteDungeons. If InfiniteDungeons were to shut down, your support for InfiniteDungeons is over.
2.3) You are aware that support is only given through NightLab's official Discord server.
2.4) You are aware that access to support can or will be refused if any of InfiniteDungeons's source code is modified from its original state.

3) Reviews

3.1) You are aware that leaving an unreasonable, or bad review without contacting or informing our support team about your issues is not allowed.

End-User License Agreement

1) You are aware that you are purchasing a license to use InfiniteDungeons for your personal usage, not the code.

1.1) You are aware that any of InfiniteDungeons’s source code cannot be used freely in your work.
1.2) You are aware that even if credit is given, these rules still stand.

2) You are aware that claiming InfiniteDungeons as your work is not allowed.

3) You are aware that reselling or redistributing InfiniteDungeons is not allowed. For more information, please read our Redistribution Policy.

4) You are aware that you are the only person who should have access to InfiniteDungeons.

5) You are aware that your license may be revoked at any time, for any reason, with or without refund.

6) You are aware that removing InfiniteDungeons key/license system is not allowed.

7) You are aware that your license will not be transferred from one account to another without a solid reason.

Refund Policy

You are aware that no refunds will be made.

InfiniteDungeons is a Digitial Intangible Item and can easily be copied. Because InfiniteDungeons cannot be returned and we can never be sure that you no longer have possession of InfiniteDungeons, refunds will not be made.

Under certain circumstances, if we feel your case fits, a refund may be offered. These cases are extremely rare, and a refund offer may only be presented to you only by Blasty.

Redistribution Policy

You are aware the redistributing InfiniteDungeons is not allowed

Redistributing such as sharing InfiniteDungeons with a friend or family member is not allowed
Uploading InfiniteDungeons to a leaking website is not allowed.
