License Manager is a plugin that gives the owner/admins the ability to authorize players with licenses/certificates so, that they can maintain regulation and can leave tasks to the competent players.
You can even run certain commands when granting a license to a player! (Check Config Preview)
Alchemy is a risky thing to handle and not knowing how to do it might cause people to cause unnecesary explosions and get injured or die. It's best to practice Alchemy after being a Certified Alchemist.

Fishing should only be left to the professionals who have a valid license so, that they do not make an endagered species extinct. Protect the endangered fish species by licensing and keeping the poachers at bay.

Currently Available Licenses:
1. Alchemy - Usage of Brewing Stand and Potion Making
2. Animals - Animal taming, leashing and breeding.
3. Fishing - Fishing using Fishing Rod basically
4. Harvest - Crops harvesting from blocks with Right Click
5. Hunt - Mob Attacking/Killing (Includes whitelisting)
6. Flight License - Doesn't allow the use of elytra to fly
7. Enchant License - Enchantment table interaction
8. Boat License - Restricts boat riding
