Anti phantom has been moved to the flags menu
Added a claim removal menu + it is customizable in the menu.yml
Replaced the message [minecraft:phantom] in the phantom spawn flag with enabled / disabled
Added alias /land home to /land list
Changed the /claim list and /claim find menu, they are now more intuitive and 100% in the menu.yml
Changed some variables to {claim_name}, {price}, etc...
Added menu.yml to /claim reload
