• Added delay to global envoy flares.

• Added two new placeholders to show remaining envoy count:
  • %apiaenvoy_global_envoy_count_<id>% and %apiaenvoy_global_envoy_count% for PlaceholderAPI.
  • {apiaenvoy_global_envoy_count_<id>} and {apiaenvoy_global_envoy_count} for MVdWPlaceholderAPI.
• Added finish broadcast to global envoys broadcasts. You can now broadcast when envoys are broken.
