Added Features:
- If a player has the "gdiscordsync.2fa.required" permission and does not have 2FA 
  enabled, he cannot do anything until he enables it.
- Now you can disable 2FA in config.yml.

Bug Fixes

• We've further improved the database management, making it even more stable.
• We fixed the dupe exploit where if you linked, received the reward, unlinked, and then linked again, you received the reward again. (This only occurred when the player received an item and it couldn't be withdrawn.)

Refactorings

• The configuration file system has been overhauled, ensuring that updating the plugin will now be completely stable and smooth.
• We've revamped TabComplete (command argument tabbing) so that you can only tab complete arguments for which you have permission.
