Database rework, new features, optimisations.

Added Features:
- Discord Webhook Logging
  - You can allow it to log unknown accesses to accounts.
- The plugin now supports all versions from 1.16 onwards.

Bug Fixes & Reworks
- We completely redesigned the database manager, making it more stable and secure.
- The plugin now supports all hex color formats.
- We rewrote the config file system, removed the messages from the config and put them in a separate file.
- Other minor errors have been fixed.
