- Improved readability of some lines

- The vanished-of-operators line was replaced by view-player-vanished-perm.permission to widen the possibilities of who can and cannot see the vanishes by permission.

- Now the placeholder %litevanish_list_vanishes% returns "empty" if there are no vanishes.
