Changed the listener priority of the chat listener when creating regions in an attempt to fix compatibility with other plugins
Explosions will no longer attempt to plant saplings, which fixes many bugs.
Added a hook for AdvancedTowny
Regenerator explosion handling will now also handle explosions by Beds in the nether-end and respawn anchors, Not just TnT
NOTE: After updating you should reset your config.yml since your regions and worlds will no longer regenerate and they may error.
[+] Changed the way Regenerator adds and uses regions and queued chunks, Which fixes many issues when it comes to weirdly named worlds or unlucky locations.

The config.yml order of values have been changed a bit in order to avoid missing spaces when adding-removing materials from the list and avoid possible issues - misconfigurations.
It's highly recommended to reset your config.yml after this update!
