nothing to fix, we can use /te cheque > 1000 on our 1.12.2 test server without any issues.

... ignoring the instruction on what to set and complainting that it does not work as you wanted, Not much I can do abou that. Also, I should not have to put you first before my family, when I'm not contracted to serve you. You were given an instruction to submit a support ticket on the official site.

I never asked you to leave your family and help me, i clearly said when you are free.... Well no point going with this you forcely removed access to resource.... for what? just for asking help nice....

What are you going on about it? Since you could not figure out how to use it, I fully refunded you. And you calling it forcefully removed an access ? I would gladly help those who are reasonable. However, when people make unreasonable demand, I have right not to respond to such.

I wanted to screen share and show you the issue I'm having, Was that unreasonable demand? Was I after some special requirement? no, I wanted help with config. I didn't want you to recode anything. Clearly, I'm having trouble explaining to you what I'm after and issues I'm having after 2 days of trying out the plugin... I didn't want you to leave everything and come and help, I was looking for 2 minutes of your time whenever you are free and look at the issue I'm having... that's all...

You wanted me to make a video and make a ticket... If I can't explain in words how can I explain in the video? I wanted u to check what exactly I want and what issue I'm having and can explain it there... If you are not the person to do screenshare in VC that's fine you could have told me, I understand that... 

Well, it's fine I really wanted to use the plugin and my lack of English speaking became an issue for me...

You said that you are not going to speak and just screen share. If you are going to do that, I do not need to be there since you can just record what you are sharing and show me as a video. I will not participate in this kind of trolling.

What I wanted was to help and get called a troller Nice... Well, this was my first time trying poly mart, and it's a really good platform. Your license can be removed without any warning for silly reasons like asking for help...

Why do you expect diff from a spigot that they didn't give you a warning when you don't even do that...

Keep telling me something not working and when we did the same thing and they are working. When you were demanded to just watch (no speaking) someone sharing the screen in live in stead of watching a recorded video on my own spare time.  That’s just ridiculous.  On polymart, it is the same as on spigot, when the buyer gets a full refund, their license is removed. We developers cannot just deactivate the license.  The fact that you did not disclose the fact of getting the full refund tells me some illmotivation.

See this is exactly the type of person, putting a word into someone’s mouth. Show me when I called you fraud/scammer. When I gave you a full refund. 

We always provide help to those who are civil.  It seems that giving a bad review and making a scene like this was your intention all along.  Well you've succeeded, well done.

*) well, keep claiming "bugs"j, none of which turned out to be bugs.  Our support team tried to replicate what you've claimed to be bugs for the last two days and none of them turned out to be bugs.  They are not volunteering to be abused.

*) asking me to attend the live screen sharing (without speaking, and just watch) instead of watching the same thing on the recorded video, and when I pointed out, I've been called not helpful.

*) and starting posting a 1-star review and rants in the discussion without disclosing the full story...

well, I would question a person's motivation when such behaviors were presented.

Well, you won, I wanted to make the scene and all that...
And no your team did not help me figure out anything I reported that I'm having an issue but after waiting for hours and I kept going and figure out myself what was I doing wrong... 

Let me clear this you guys did not help me in any way with config or anything. You guys just said it's working fine for you in your test server...
I spent 2 days trying to figure out things and stopped at 1 point which was impossible to figure out for me and begged for help for straight hours...

Our support team would always first try to replicate the incident before they provide a possible solution. 

They've tried to replicate the incident as you reported and none of them were reproducible, yet you kept reporting something different, and, yes, they continue to check whether it is reproducible and confirm the bug is from the plugin or not.

When the support team is left with no information to reproduce the incident, they cannot go any further.  Yet, it sounds like you expect them to guess what you've done and provide a solution..  Sorry, they are not traind to do such a thing.

When adequate pieces of information were provided, they would usually confirm the incident and if it is simply the configuration matter, they would suggest the possible configuration, if it is a bug in the plugin, they would notify me to fix it.
