Minor Bug Patch
This update consists of a few minor bugs fixes.
- Fixed nametag bug with horses.
- Improved ItemAdder support
- Added option in config to disable the built in nametags.
- Other small bug fixes.

Minor Patch - Player Usernames
There was a bug found where if a player loaded in creative, then switched to survival, their nametag would go away. This patch fixes that.

Improved wither effect and entity clearing on shutdown.
The wither effect was improved to add more realism, along with fixing the issue where some entities would remain after the server shutdown.
