MythicMobs Support + Short Number Format Support + Decimals Support
Added MythicMobs Support for kill coins!
You have to specify the name of the mythic mob in the file, more details in killCoinsAndPurseDeath.yml.

You can enable short format and edit the short display in config.yml!
1,000 -> 1K
1,000,000 -> 1M
1,000,000,000 -> 1G
1,000,000,000,000 -> 1T
1,000,000,000,000,000 -> 1Q

You can also use the short format as inputs for bank deposit/withdrawal as well as pay command!

More Async Events Fixed
Fixed more async events to prevent errors.

Bug Fixes + Essentials Import Command
Added /recimport_ess that will import players from essentials userdata files.

Added a config setting for checking skyblock hooks, in case you don't actually want to hook shared banks to a skyblock plugin.

SuperiorSkyBlock Support
If SuperiorSkyBlock is found on the server the plugin will hook Shared Banks to it! When a player creates an island and invites a member a shared bank is created. The members are handled by island join/leave/kick events from SuperiorSkyBlock.
